SImps Alumni Association
Mission [DRAFT]
The SImps Alumni Association connects SImps (on and off campus), supports Simps (on and off campus), and continues Patricia’s influence.
We meet online quarterly and gather in person after SImps reunions.
Like the Guardians, we build and maintain institutional memory, support regular reunions, build up a small financial reserve to kickstart future reunions and even provide small grants to help current SImps bring in outside experts from BATS and other groups.
Ultimately, we plan to build an endowment similar to Rams Head that could support a lecturer position in TAPS.

Ten of us met on 16 May. Building on the positive momentum from our April reunion, we decided to start an Alumni Group.
BATS Dean Stephanie Allen introduced some fantastic games that worked well on Zoom.
Our first project will be creating a directory. Here is a prototype created by Jenny Moon (thank you!)
