YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage your schedule

  • I apologize that I cannot meet clients every day and that I need to take off some weekends for pre-existing commitments
  • It is therefore incumbent on you to manage your schedule and plan ahead
  • Book my schedule, which fills on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Understand and abide by my cancellation policy ➢ If necessary, requests to reschedule appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment will be granted at Vince's discretion


Manage your content

  • Register for online applications and gather and share short answer questions, essay questions and all other strategic issues related to your written application
  • Organize and share written application materials (except resumes) in Google Docs
  • Give Vince at least 24 hours to review your updates before we meet
  • If you cannot share materials in advance, then please kindly understand that Vince will need to spend the first 10 plus minutes of the session reading and gathering his thoughts before we speak


Manage your account with Agos

  • As your may have seen on my website https://www.vinceprep.com/services/FC this will be the last season I will be selling individual comprehensive consulting sessions
  • I had planned to switch to a flat-fee model from this season but felt it would be unfair to those who signed up with me early expecting me to follow an hourly business model
  • When I offered a flat-fee service while working independently, clients told me they appreciated that they could pay once and forget about it
  • I agree
  • Since we are working in a system that can cause problems, especially around second-round deadlines when the Agos office is closed for the holidays, please, kindly keep an eye on your remaining sessions and make sure that you have enough credits for me to be able to help you in a timely manner
  • Therefore, I ask you to please kindly keep track of your remaining session balance and top up as needed
  • Please contact student@agos.co.jp if you need help doing that
  • Otherwise, please communicate with them directly whenever you need to add session credits
